How compatible are they with other fish? Military helmet nerite snails are generally peaceful and compatible with most freshwater fish species. They are not aggressive and will not harm other tank inhabitants. However, larger predatory fish may see them as potential prey.

What are the ideal water conditions? Military helmet nerite snails prefer stable and clean water conditions. They can tolerate a wide range of temperatures, typically between 72-82 degrees Fahrenheit. The water should have a pH level around 7.5-8.5 and moderate hardness.
