Salt and Peppered Corydoras 

Other Names: Corydoras paleatus
How hard are they to keep? Salt and Peppered Corydoras  are an easy fish to keep.
What is its maximum size? They grow to 5cm
Where are they from? The Peppered  Corydoras comes from  lower Paraná River basin and coastal rivers in Uruguay and Brazil. All our corys are now captive bred.
What are the ideal water conditions? In the wild the ideal water conditions are slightly alkaline and slightly soft to hard, but as all our corys are now captive bred they can adapt to most water conditions.
How compatible are Salt and Peppered Corys  with other fish? The Peppered cory is a peacefully shoaling fish that is a great addition to any peaceful community tank.
How do you breed them? Peppered Corys are easy to breed you can find a breeding pair, get 2 males 1 female or a gig group of them. Spawning usually happens when the water temperature is lowered slightly.
