Where are they from? They are native to rivers in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia.

How many can I keep? Clown loaches are social fish and thrive in groups of 5 or more individuals.

How compatible are they with other fish? They are generally peaceful but can become territorial as they grow. They are best kept with other similar-sized, peaceful fish that can tolerate their active nature.
